2025 Art Vendor - Application Form -



ART VENDOR APPLICATION




Thank you for taking the time to apply to be an art vendor at Muertos Fest at Hemisfair. We encourage you to apply early for the best chance at securing your spot at the Muertos Fest Art Market. 

Items sold at the event should be Day of the Dead themed/inspired or in keeping with the tradition and culture of the event. Please note: We limit the sale of t-shirts at this event and will only accept t-shirt vendors in exceptional cases.

Muertos Fest will be providing tents for accepted 10'x10' art vendors but not for 4'x6' table spaces. All vendors will be provided with a sign.

Please read all Art Vendor Policies before filling out the application. 



GENERAL INFORMATION

Saturday, October 25, 2025, 10am-11pm
Sunday, October 26, 2025, noon - 9pm

Hemisfair, 630 Nueva St., San Antonio, TX 78205


APPLICATION FEE
$25 NON REFUNDABLE application fee for all groups.

BOOTH RENTAL FEE
$650 -- This fee includes a 10' x10' space for 3 days, tent, sign and basic electrical (1 outlet per booth).
OR
$325 -- This fee includes a 4' x 6' space for 3 days. Tent not included.  Sign and basic electrical (1 outlet per booth).


TIMELINE
Application deadline (first round): July 14, 2025
First round of notifications by July 28, 2025
Second Round Application deadline (if needed): July 28, 2025
Payments and All Paperwork Due: August 11, 2025

SPACE IS LIMITED
SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION DOES NOT GUARANTEE PARTICIPATION. INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Participation is not confirmed until application and booth rental fees and release form are submitted and you have received a confirmation email from Día de los Muertos at Hemisfair.

REQUIREMENTS
If accepted to the festival, art vendors will be required to:
• Attend an informational session or watch a video outlining festival/venue policies and procedures.
• Agree to follow all festival and venue policies/procedures, including load-in schedules. 
• Submit a Certificate of Insurance. (Suggestions for purchasing online will be provided for those who do not have on-going policies.)

$25.00
