INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.Participation is not confirmed until application and booth rental fees and release form are submitted and you have received a confirmation email from Día de los Muertos at Hemisfair.REQUIREMENTSIf accepted to the festival, art vendors will be required to: • Attend an informational session or watch a video outlining festival/venue policies and procedures.• Agree to follow all festival and venue policies/procedures, including load-in schedules. • Submit a Certificate of Insurance. (Suggestions for purchasing online will be provided for those who do not have on-going policies.)
