Muertos Mercado at Muertos Fest - Art Vendor Application


Thank you for taking the time to apply to be an art vendor at the Muertos Mercado at Muertos Fest at Hemisfair. We encourage you to apply early for the best chance at securing your spot at the Muertos Fest Art Market. 

Items sold at the event should be Day of the Dead themed/inspired or in keeping with the tradition and culture of the event. Please note: We limit the sale of t-shirts at this event and will only accept t-shirt vendors in exceptional cases.

Muertos Fest will be providing canopies for accepted 10'x10' art vendors but not for 6'x6' table spaces. All vendors will be provided with a sign.

Please read all Art Vendor Policies before filling out the application.

APPLICATION FEE
$25 NON REFUNDABLE application fee for all groups.

BOOTH RENTAL FEE
10x10 Space - starting at $650: includes canopy, weights, sign, and access to one electrical outlet. Canopy will be placed and weighted by the Muertos Fest team prior to load-in. 

10x10 Shared Space - starting at $325 per shared vendor; includes canopy, weights, one sign per shared business, and accesss to one electrical outlet. Canopy will be placed and weighted by the Muertos Fest team prior to load-in. 

6x6 Space - starting at $325; includes sign and access to one electrical outlet.

SPACE IS LIMITED.
NOT ALL THAT APPLY WILL BE ACCEPTED. APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED BY A JURY AND VENDORS ARE SELECTED BASED ON RELEVANCE TO THE EVENT, PRESENTATION, AND UNIQUENESS OF PRODUCT. 

Participation is not confirmed until application and booth rental fees and vendor contract are submitted and you have received a confirmation email from Muertos Fest at Hemisfair. All emails will come from vendors@muertosfest.com

REQUIREMENTS: 
If accepted to the festival, art vendors will be required to:
• Attend an informational session or watch a video outlining festival/venue policies and procedures.
• Agree to follow all festival and venue policies/procedures, including load-in schedules. 
• Submit a Certificate of Insurance. (Suggestions for purchasing online will be provided for those who do not have on-going policies.)
